Hi, I’m Emily Walton and let’s talk about something most people don’t say out loud: every step forward in your career demands more from you, more clarity, more leadership, more skills. But rarely do those transitions come with the support or development needed to grow into them.
Like many leaders, I advanced by being reliable, adaptable, and willing to take on more. And for a while, that worked. But as the scope of my roles expanded, I found myself navigating new levels of pressure, complexity, and visibility, without the skills to meet the moment.
I was expected to manage people, resolve conflict, drive results, and make high-stakes decisions. But behind the scenes, I was overwhelmed, doubting myself, and wondering if I was actually cut out for leadership.
The turning point came when I realized that performance alone wouldn’t get me where I wanted to go. I needed to intentionally develop the mindset, skills, and strategies to lead at the next level. When I did, everything changed: I led more effectively, earned multiple promotions, and tripled my income within five years.
Now, I help other leaders do the same.

Everyone’s rate of development is unique to the individual, so we don’t require you sign up for a long-term duration in advance. However, because change takes time and commitment, we do recommend* a minimum commitment to coaching of 3 months. Throughout a leaders career, their support needs vary. Our coaching is tailored to emerging and established leaders to support growth and development at every stage.
