About
Empowering leaders, Elevating Careers
Hi, I’m Emily, Your Catalyst for High-Impact Leadership and Personal Growth
If you’re looking to drive performance and engage your team while working on YOUR development, I can help.
I believe that high-impact leaders are made, not born.
I’m a former corporate leader turned leadership coach and my mission is to empower driven leaders to build reputations that allow you to make a meaningful and lasting impact supporting your team, your company, and most importantly YOUR career growth and well-being.
By the time I was 23, I was promoted to my first leadership position, and I had no clue what I was doing. I quickly became overwhelmed. I was working insane hours, lacked direction, was not developing my team, and was on a crash course to fail as a leader. Something had to change and that something, was me.
I started reading everything I could about leadership and worked with a coach. By investing in my development, I was also able to invest in my team and that crash course I was on, course corrected. Over the years, I applied what I learned and I continued to work on myself so that I could offer more to the teams I led. This resulted in greater responsibility, leading larger teams, overseeing over $30 million dollars, accepting promotions, and tripling my income in 5 years. But what I’ve loved most, is investing in the development of others.
So I became a certified leadership coach and today I have the honor of coaching leaders like you on your journey to build your reputation of impact and excellence, saving you from making the countless and costly mistakes that I already have.

I am a bit of a renaissance woman
There is so much to experience in this life so I try to embrace as many new experiences as possible. That means that I have joined a group of fencers in a park, sailed on a tall ship, shot archery, run half and full marathons, held tarantulas (I’m deathly afraid of spiders and don’t know what possessed me), ziplined through a jungle and auditioned to be Tinkerbell at Disneyworld.
I love to dance, in fact, I’m a competitive ballroom dancer
Yeah, the hair, the makeup, Dancing With the Stars style. My sister taught me to ballroom dance and I’ve been hooked ever since. Once during office introductions, my boss shared that I was a ballroom dancer, and a coworker offered to waltz with me. Talk about a memorable first impression.
